Vincent started as a police officer who got pulled into Dahlia's circle when her little mystery solving crew got into more serious matters involving tech pirates and other criminals of the Solace City underbelly, he grew fond of the odd group that consisted of the daughter of the most renowned scientist, the son of the Belladonna family, infamously known for their own shady doings, a former tech pirate wanna-be and a boy trying to protect his mom from his crime lord of a father.

Since, he's done his best to help when he can, and even made a promise to the devastated Dahlia after she walked in on her father, David Willow's killer in the midst of the murder.

But now a year later, and the Solace City Stalker resurfacing with Vincent in her sights, the detective may find himself in a position where not only is his promise at risk of being broken, but he may lose his life and his mother's life, too.
